PIM, HERBERT MOORE - A Vampire of Souls hardback Bardo here called Sigrdrífa (meaning ‘victory-driverHerbert Moore Pim (1883 1950) was an Irish writer whose dabblings with the occult are reflected in several of his books, such as A Vampire of Souls, which originally appeared in 1904. Under pseudonyms, he published simultaneously religious tracts and pornography. He converted to Catholicism in 1910, began publishing articles in the Irish News under the pseudonym A. Newman, and later became a violent Irish Nationalist. In 1915 he was imprisoned for
