Wee Bothy by the Sea - Original Artwork Spend the afternoon taking inThe colours of the Scottish heather along the coastline are inspired by my recent trip back home to Scotland and the Islands. I was lucky enough to visit the Isle of Skye, Arran and Barra, all places I had never been before. Lots of beautiful coastline steeped in tradition and history. This wee bothy was painted in acrylic on canvas. Acrylic on canvas (unframed) 9" x 12" Bothies were built as workers accomodation and are dotted all over the rural
