Gasanryu Morning Glory Junmai Ginjo (BTL 720ml) Beniotome Sesame Shochu this shoyu (soy sauce) isA slightly floral, light, and refreshing summer sake. We enjoyed this sake with Thai Drunken Noodles (go figure) and think you'll also appreciate it as a nice quencher with spicy food. As a daiginjo, this sake has brewer's alcohol added to it to round out the flavors. It's also a muroka, or sake that doesn't pass through charcoal filtration. The result is a drink with lots of ricey character but still maintains the signature fruity and light qualities
