It simply clamps on to the portion of the handlebar that sticks through the main clipon to make securing the reservoir a snap. Depending on the model of bike you may need to lengthen or shorten the brake hose to achieve the optimal length. NOTE: This bracket will fit both our 7 8" bars as well as 22mm bars.
